My order showed up on time, so that was good, but the packaging felt weak for a set of wheels haha. The boxes were beat up, and one of the rims had a small scuff that looked like it happened from moving around inside. For the price, I was expecting more padding or better protection. Customer service was okay, but I’m still a little disappointed with how everything arrived

They kept me in the loop well, and whenever I had a question, they actually replied. The shipping info was clear enough, clear enough for me to know what was going on. I’d use them again

My wheel arrived with a noticeable scuff, so I had to open a damage claim. The support team did respond and were basically like, “send us a few photos and we’ll take a look,” and later said they’d “get it sorted out.” They did eventually work it out, but the whole thing took longer than I expected and I had to check in a couple times to keep it moving.

I had been trying to track down a replacement wheel that I couldn’t find anywhere locally, and I was relieved to see detroitwheelandtire.com had it listed in stock.

The ordering process was straightforward, and they had a good range of options for my car. A few things I looked at weren’t available, but the exact wheel I needed was, which is what really mattered.

I’m giving 4 stars because I think other customers would probably appreciate a little more detail on the stock info, but overall my experience was smooth and I got what I needed

Got my wheels back and was impressed. Finish looks way better than expected, nice even color with no weird spots or rough edges. Pretty much look new again. Took a little longer than I hoped, but worth it for how clean they came out.

I ordered a wheel for my Detroit after the site said it would fit, and for the most part, it did. The bolt pattern and size matched up fine, so installation wasn’t a major issue there.
The only thing I noticed was the offset looked a little different compared to my old wheel, so it didn’t sit exactly the same. I ended up having my mechanic take a look before driving on it, which I’d recommend to anyone in the same situation. Not a bad buy overall, but the fitment details could be a bit more precise

The wheel itself was totally fine, so I don’t really have any complaints there. The core exchange part, though, was frustrating. I sent my old wheel back and then had to keep checking in about the refund, which got old fast. Either way, I probably wouldn’t do a core order with them again.

I had my wheels mounted and balanced here, and my gut feeling is that the mounting part was done well. I didn’t notice any scratches or anything weird visually. But once I got on the highway, there was a slight vibration that made me think the balancing wasn’t quite dialed in. I ended up having it checked again locally. Overall, not a bad experience, just not one that made me feel super confident either. Shipping and the rest of the process were normal.
